Hi, my name is John Cooper. I am a local realtor with eXp Realty. I was born and raised in beautiful Victoria British Columbia and I am proud to call this place my home. I come from humble means and I know what it means to work hard for my clients. Some of my highest values include honesty, integrity, loyalty and hard work. It’s a commitment to these values that have driven my every success in life. 

 

My Background includes, a bachelors and Master’s degree in Economics, multiple successful business endeavours in different industries, and hands on experience building houses in a handful of different trades. I leverage this range of experience on a daily basis to safeguard my clients’ interests and ensure they receive top quality advice when making one of the most important decisions of their lives.

 

Beyond a sense of duty to serve my clients, I have a passion to help other people including those closest to me, my friends and family. I’m also very competitive and I hate losing almost more than I love to win. It’s these driving motivations that will make me an asset to have in your corner.

My commitment to honesty, integrity, loyalty and hard work have been important pillars for me because they drive a high standard of excellent service for my clients. This in turn has helped me to build strong relationships, develop a good reputation and win good favour and positive referrals from others. More importantly, these values have helped me to grow both personally and professionally. 

Like many experienced agents, I have a firm grasp on assessing structural soundness, reviewing financial details, and deploying shrewd negotiating techniques to ensure my clients get the best value in each transaction. However, unlike many experienced agents, I’m also knowledgeable and experienced in deploying and leveraging modern technology. This allows me to accomplish twice as much for my clients who are looking to buy. It also gives my selling clients almost 7 times as much exposure than simply listing on the MLS. This unique blend of traditional and modern methods allows me to provide a service that is uniquely tailored to your needs.
