If you are considering Fairfield, you may want to be mindful of those homes that are on the border of downtown.

Elite Sports & Youth Recreation: Langford acts as a regional athletic hub. Families have direct access to the Starlight Stadium (home to professional soccer), the Jordie Lunn Bike Park, and the Eagle Ridge Community Centre (featuring indoor play spaces, dry floor arenas, and bowling).
